By downloading, installing, or using Nexova Radio: FM Online Player ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Nexova Radio provides the following features:

• Live FM radio streaming from over 30,000 stations worldwide
• Built-in equalizer with customizable presets
• Playlist creation and management
• Favorite stations for quick access
• Station search and genre browsing
• Premium subscription features

3. Subscriptions

Nexova Radio offers optional Premium subscriptions:

• Monthly: $4.99/month with 7-day free trial
• Yearly: $29.99/year with 7-day free trial
• Lifetime: $59.99 (one-time purchase)

Payment is processed through Google Play. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription in your Google Play account settings.

4. Free Features

The app provides core functionality for free, including:

• Access to a limited catalog of approximately 125 stations
• Basic equalizer functionality
• Create and save playlists
• 7-day free trial of Premium features

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app
• Interfere with the app's functionality or servers
• Use the app to stream or redistribute content in violation of copyright
• Automate or scrape station data from the app

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and operation of the App are the property of Nexova Dev LLC. All rights reserved. Radio station content is provided by third-party broadcasters and is subject to their own terms and licensing.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Station availability and stream quality may vary depending on your location and the broadcaster's service. We are not responsible for interruptions in radio streams.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Nexova Dev LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.
