Nexova Dev LLC ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Nexova Radio: FM Online Player mobile application. This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our Service.

Nexova Radio is designed with your privacy in mind. We collect minimal data to provide our services:

• Internet Access: Required to stream live radio stations and fetch the station catalog. No camera or microphone access is needed.
• Local Storage: Your favorites, playlists, equalizer presets, and app preferences are stored locally on your device. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly sync it.
• Subscription Data: Payment is processed entirely through Google Play Billing. We do not have access to your payment information.
• Device Identifier: An anonymous device identifier is used solely to verify and sync your subscription status across devices. It is not linked to any personal information.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To stream live FM radio stations to your device
• To manage your subscription status and sync it across your devices
• To store and retrieve your favorites, playlists, and equalizer settings
• To maintain the station catalog and provide updated station listings

3. Data Storage

All your favorites, playlists, equalizer presets, and preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not maintain any servers that store your personal data. Your data remains under your complete control.

Subscription data is verified through Google Play Billing and our secure backend. No personal payment information is stored or accessed by us.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following services:

• Google Play Store: For handling subscription purchases and management
• Google Apps Script: For subscription verification and maintaining the station catalog

We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties. Your data stays on your device.

We may share anonymous, non-personal data only when required by law or to comply with legal processes.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data. Local data is stored securely on your device, and subscription data is transmitted using encrypted connections. We do not store any personal data on external servers.

7. Data Retention

Your local data (favorites, playlists, EQ settings) persists on your device until you uninstall the app or manually delete it. Subscription data is retained only for the duration of your active subscription.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the data stored locally on your device
• Delete your local data at any time through the app settings
• Opt out of any data collection (the app functions fully without any data collection beyond what is described above)

9. Children's Privacy

Our app does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app is designed for general audiences and does not require personal information to function.
