Nexova Dev LLC ("we", "us", "our") built Nexova Voice ("the App") as a paid subscription application. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your choices. By using the App you agree to the practices described below.
1. Information we process
- Script text. When you generate a voiceover, the script you wrote is sent to our server to synthesize speech. The text is used only to produce the audio you requested and is not retained after the request completes.
- Video content. The video you add a voiceover to is processed locally on your device. We never upload your videos to our servers.
- Device identifier. We use a stable installation identifier (the iOS vendor identifier) to enforce fair usage limits and to attribute your subscription benefits.
- Subscription status. Whether you are on the free tier or a paid subscriber is sent with each voiceover request so we can apply the correct limits. Payment information is processed exclusively by Apple through the App Store and is never accessible to us.
2. How we process your content
Script text submitted for voiceover generation is transmitted securely over HTTPS to our server and forwarded to a third-party speech synthesis provider (currently Mistral AI) to produce the audio. The generated audio is returned to your device. We do not store your scripts, videos, or generated audio on our servers after the request is complete.

Our voiceover pipeline relies on hosted AI services:
- Mistral AI — text-to-speech synthesis
4. Storage and retention
We do not store your scripts, videos, or generated audio on our servers. Video projects, scripts, and generated voiceovers live locally on your device only. If you delete the App, all locally stored projects are removed.
5. Analytics and advertising
The App does not contain third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. We do not sell or share your personal information with anyone for advertising purposes.
6. Children's privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Security
All communication between the App and our servers is encrypted with TLS. Access to server infrastructure is restricted and protected.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this page with the effective date shown above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
