By downloading, installing, or using Nexova VPN ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Nexova VPN provides the following features:

• Secure VPN connection with industry-standard encryption
• Multiple server locations worldwide
• Split tunneling support
• Auto-connect on untrusted networks
• One-tap connection
• Premium subscription features

3. Subscriptions

Nexova VPN offers optional Premium subscriptions:

• Weekly: subscription with free trial
• Monthly: subscription with free trial
• Yearly: subscription with free trial

Payment is processed through the App Store (iOS). Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription in your App Store account settings.

4. Free Features

The app provides core functionality for free, including:

• Limited daily VPN usage
• Access to select server locations
• Basic encryption and security features

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to bypass or circumvent usage limits
• Use the App to transmit malicious content
• Interfere with the App's functionality or servers
• Resell or redistribute VPN access

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we employ industry-standard encryption, no VPN service can guarantee 100% security. We are not responsible for any data loss or security breaches.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Nexova Dev LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.
